PROFESSIONAL CAREER

After finishing chemistry studies at a German University with a PhD, Markus started his industry career as laboratory head of a typical biotech company.

Short time later he joined Pharmaceutical Industry as Head of Analytics in a German Mid-Pharma Company.

Ten years later and quite a bit richer in terms of experience and responsibility, Markus was heading the company's entire Drug Discovery and Development section.


In 2014 Markus started with first R&D consulting projects for clients from the Life Science Industry.

One year later HENRICH Life Science R&D Consulting got off the ground as a specialized consulting boutique focusing on all aspects of Innovation and Innovation Productivity.

Beginning of 2020, Markus Henrich and József Répási joined forces in Qemicon, ready to bring their consulting portfolio to an entirely new level of quality and client services.

JÓZSEF RÉPÁSI

PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Jozsef started his first research project at the Chemical Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences during his university years and continued his carrier at the CRC after finishing his pharmaceutical chemistry studies. After spending four years at Prochem Ltd. and Produkem Ltd. as chemical and technology development manager formed his first advisory and chemistry development company, ChemNet Ltd. A couple of years later together with an English trading company started Soneas Ltd. and served the CEO of the company for 24 years.


Under his leadership the company did grow into the largest CDMO company of the CEE region providing development and manufacturing services to clients all around the globe. As he was always passionate about chemistry, after handing over the management of Soneas decided to continue serving the pharma and chemical industry as a consultant.
